County Wide Science Fair Winners

 

1st Place:  Bryce

2nd Place:  Lauren

Congratulations to the winners of the Fifth Grade County-wide Science Fair! The fair was held on November 1, 2011 at Dandridge Elementary School.  First place was awarded to Bryce from Jefferson Elementary School with his project  "A safer future: Designing Tsunami-proof buildings."  Second place was awarded to Lauren, also from Jefferson Elementary School, with the project "What's for Dinner, Dear?"

Parents:  Please help your child in the memorization of these facts.  Math facts aren't memorized in the classroom, but in the home, so we need your help.  Spend a few minutes each day with your child drilling the basic facts and watch your child's math ability soar!
