Put the mouse on the desired title.

A download screen will appear.  Click Save File...
Chose where you want to store the file.  It is often easier to insert a disk and store it on 3 1/2 Floppy (A:)

A download screen will appear as the download will begin.  When it is complete the download window will disappear.  To open the file, locate it using My Computer...and then locate the drive (a:) and double click the file name.  That will execute WinZip which will unzip the file by following the onscreen directions.
