 To apply for any position (other than substitute teacher), click on the “Certified Positions” or "Non-Certified Positions" link, which will take you to our new on-line employment application.   This is the only way you can apply for positions in Jefferson County Schools.  We will no longer accept paper applications for all positions effective May 1, 2011.

 Please only answer the questions pertaining to teaching if you are applying for a position which requires a teaching license.  If you are applying for an instructional assistant position which requires you to be "highly qualified", please attach the documentation to prove your highly qualified status.

 When completing the on-line application, please make sure you read the instructions very carefully and attach all required documents.  If you scan documents, scan at maximum resolution.  If you do not have all of the documents to attach, please make sure you add the documents when you are able to so you will have a complete application.
