Fidelity also addresses the integrity with which the screening and progress-monitoring procedures are completed and that appropriate decisions are made based on the data.

• Link curriculum-based interventions to improved outcomes.
• Clearly define responsibilities for specific persons.
• Create documentation and data collection for measuring progress, techniques, and components.
• Create a system for feedback and decision-making.
