Great Questions Result in New Resources!

Posted by Amy Sharp in ITPDC Resources  |  Post a comment

Following an email regarding interruptions to the JCS Website, this GREAT follow-up prompted a new resource:

Request:  Can you send instructions on how to add these short cuts to the desk top?

Response:  The page Bookmark Websites has been added to the Resources Section of the ITPDC District-Wide Info Notebook that provides answers and resources.  I also added two questions to the Technology FAQs on the district website.  One under General Internet and Web Usage and another under Technology Questions and Problems.

As questions that may be beneficial to numerous staff members are presented, information and links to resources are added to a resource notebook (mentioned above) and to the FAQ pages on district webpage.  Questions are always invited; they often lead to necessary resources for everyone.  However, if your has already been addressed, you may find their answer more quickly using these resources!
