2nd Quarter Grade Posting Window Open

The grade portal posting window was opened on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 8:00 am and will remain open through Friday, January 6, 2017 at 4:00 pm.  Support for posting and verifying grades are provided in the FAQ section of the Professional Development Center and Instructional Technology webpage.   Open lab support sessions are available on: Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.  This date is Administrative Day #2 and intended for provide teachers with much needed...

1st Quarter Grade Posting Guidance and Information

The end of the first quarter is quickly approaching!  The Grade Posting Portal will be open from October 7th until October 16th.  This provides a few days for verification and corrections to transcript in Aspen and to print grade cards.   It is essential that all teachers post grades correctly and by the deadline.  A step-by-step tutorial for 2016 Aspen Updates are coming soon.  Please DO NOT attempt to post until you review this tutorial.  The tutorial...

Following an email regarding interruptions to the JCS Website, this GREAT follow-up prompted a new resource: Request:  Can you send instructions on how to add these short cuts to the desk top?
